Join LongRunLactic, collegians Ashley Jones and Lindsey Butler, friends from The Stride Report, and On for an easy shakeout run starting at 9 am with demos, food and coffee.
Followed up with a t-shirt exchange with your favorite college teams. Bring a shirt, grab a ticket, exchange after the run. Simple. Might even be a few autographed shirts from budding stars in the mix...
Stay after for a LIVE recording of the LongRunLactic Podcast where our host, LRL, will interview Ashley and Lindsey, engage the crowd with some track and field trivia and add some friendly competition for some valuable prizes from On.

Team Spirit Shakeout Run
Info: Head out for the group run on a 2 mile loop for an easy run to shake out the nerves or celebrates the wins for championship weekend. Follow it up with a College T-shirt exchange! BRING A T-SHIRT OF YOUR FAVORITE TEAM to exchange at the run to celebrate one of the best weekends in college athletics. Drop off your shirt and exchange after in good sportmanship.
