Taught by our Registered Nurse, lactation counsellor, and Certified Breastfeeding Specialist Katie, this class is a comprehensive lactation class that discusses some of the following topics:
▪️ Benefits and challenges of different infant feeding methods
▪️ How milk is produced
▪️ Normal infant behaviour
▪️ When to feed your baby
▪️ How to get a great latch
▪️ Preventing common issues including low supply
▪️ Self-care
▪️ Partner support
▪️ Pumping
▪️ Bottle feeding

▪️ 1 hour of self-paced learning
▪️ 2 hours in-person learning
▪️ In-person class is on November 7, 2024 @ 6:00-8:00 pm
▪️ $105 (+ eventbrite fees) – includes a spot for a support person
