Open to runners of all abilities regardless of club, the summer series of relay races reaches its Grande Finale.Tonight you are running for your own time - can you beat your PB set during the previous months? Prizes of a drink and crisps in The Red Lion to the first over the line, based on a handicapped start time!
All you have to do is turn up with the £2 entry fee, be prepared to run 2.6miles around the beautiful Lacock, have a whale of time, cheer on your fellow runners & perhaps stay for some refreshment in the Red Lion afterwards.
A reminder that the use of headphones is strictly not permiited in any Chippenham Harriers Races.
Important detail: The race is unmarshalled.
Min age is 14. Runners aged 14-17 must turn up with a responsible adult, though the adult does not have to run.
To participate in the August Handicap Race 2024, you must have recorded a time in at least one of the May, June, July 2024 races.
Please park considerately/liftshare/cycle. Registration begins approx 6:15pm, with racing starting around 7:15.
