Nourish your mind, body and spirit, create your own clay labyrinth, paint it, write it, walk it. This is your opportunity to connect and create with nature and walk our beautiful Alchemy labyrinth with purpose and intention.Grace will share a little bit of history and significance of labyrinths and explain how walking a labyrinth can help centre your mind, relieve stress, and foster personal insight. As an accredited Veriditas Labyrinth Facilitator, Grace is passionate about sharing this powerful tool with others and will guide you on how to use the labyrinth walking for meditation, grounding, and providing a safe space for individuals to seek, question, receive, heal, and reflect.
Meditation and journaling❤️
You will begin the day with a guided meditation with Grace followed by journaling. For anyone who is afraid of journaling Grace has you covered in every way, you can choose to write or draw or colour you’re journaling. This flexibility allows you to release any fear you may have and allow you to create intuitively.
The labyrinth ❤️
‘Literal path’ and ‘symbolic path’ is used for quiet, contemplative and reflective practice. A labyrinth can represent a holy pilgrimage or the path of life’s larger spiritual journey and is open to all faiths, cultures, and wellbeing practices. It is also a safe mindfulness and grounding space to process questions, past, present, future and to tune into self for clarity and self-compassion.
As you cross the threshold, you may set an intention, a prayer, or mantra… or just start with one foot in front of the other. At the centre you may stay or pause to seek, release, let go. As you follow your path out of the labyrinth, reflect and celebrate.
Clay Labyrinth Creation ❤️
Channel the insights gained from your walk into a creative expression. Each participant will have the opportunity to craft their own small clay labyrinth. Whether you choose to leave it blank or adorn it with decorations, your personal labyrinth will serve as a tangible reminder of your inner journey.
Meet Grace❤️
Grace has built an expansive career in drug and alcohol and trauma support, driven by a profound curiosity to understand trauma and its effects on the body. Her expertise spans the somatic nervous system and the vagus nerve, focusing on how holistic approaches can soothe the nervous system, heal the body, and promote overall well-being. Central to her practice is the grounding mindfulness tool of labyrinth walking.

Delicious and nutritious light refreshments and raw treats.
Wear comfortable clothes for relaxation and creation, bring your own water bottle.
Arrive at 9:15am for a 9:30am start.
