A labyrinth is an ancient, spiritual tool that is used primarily as a walking meditation. It is usually a unicursal, singular path leading to a centre. It helps focus and quiet the mind, reduces stress and opens the heart. Labyrinths are used for personal, psychological and spiritual transformation.
Our labyrinth is of an ancient design, based on the one discovered in Chartres, France: an eleven circuit, medieval labyrinth with four-fold symmetry.
If you’ve never walked a labyrinth before, it may provide the balance you’ve been looking for. It is a simple, individual experience, the benefits of which will stay with you as you go about your daily activities.
