This class is awesome for every family! In this class we will discuss how to recognize when labor begins we will practice pain coping techniques including breathing, movement, rebozo, tennis balls as well as discuss the us of an epidural, hydrotherapy, and more. This class is one that includes a lot of movement so come prepared to have a great time!$50 - You may be able to get reimbursed from your insurance company.
When possible we recommend taking this class around 33-36 weeks.
