Labor Day Outdoor Workout

Bringing back the outdoor holiday workout with a purpose. Join us at Lake Kittamaqundi (adjacent to Whole Foods market) for an hour of cardio and muscle building fun. This is a great way to kick-off your day before heading to the BBQ's.

This year we're proud to support the Lyra Legacy Foundation. This organization supports the educational efforts of minority youth through career development programming and scholarship funding. This workout is for all levels, from beginners to advance. Optional warm-up jog (lap around lake) or walk (to designated point and back). It's going to be a great time! Ice cold beverages and light snacks will be provided. See you there!!
