Join Emerald Coast Pixies for our next Holistic Happy Hour - as we celebrate Labor Day with our signature pixie polar plunge & potluck!There’s room for 15 attendees! We are offering a sliding scale for energy exchange $22-$44 ($22-33 in advance pay what you can, $44 the day of if not sold out) and bring a pixie potluck item🧚
Event will include:
✨ Self-serve eco-friendly sparkle station (Glitter_Nymph)
🧚♀️”Pixie Protocol”- discussion on the benefits of practicing the Pixie Polar Plunge (a Wim-sicle approach to the Wim Hof Method of breathwork, cold water exposure & CommUNITY) & resources
💨 Breathwork & movement (pixie pranayama & MAGICal movement to warm up)
🥶 Pixie Polar Plunge - 2-3 attendees at a time, 30sec - 2 min for first round.
☕️ teas & non-alcoholic beverages, bring a sparkly side item for our pixie potluck! 🥧 🧀 🍉

What to bring:
Bathing suit (or whatever you feel comfortable getting wet in)
Towel
change of clothes
Journal if you feel like writing about your experience
Your intentions (you can write this out before you come)
Potluck item
WAIVER:
A waiver must be signed to participate if this is your faerie first plunge. Jr. pixies (under 18yo) must be accompanied by their parent/guardian. A video release must be signed as well.
Please check with your medical provider if you have the following conditions:
High or low blood pressure.
Heart condition.
Recent surgery.
Seizures or epilepsy.
Empathic Practice is located in East Hill at 2701 N. 12th Ave. (There’s parking out front or in the back).
**Event is rain or shine! There are no refunds on payments made; if you are unable to attend after making payment, your payment will glow towards a future pixie pop up or you can find someone to purchase your ticket. If the event gets cancelled for inclement weather, you will be able to use your paid spot for a future holistic happy hour.
