Lone chair ISO chair friends! Come to the beach in Rogers Park and hang out! I (Leeza) live on the beach (give or take 30 feet) and we can leave valuables in my place, use the bathroom, go in to cool off, etc.
I will be setting up a blanket early AF since it’s Labor Day and whoever wants to come by is welcome! I’ll have some small speakers for music and maybe snacks if I’m organized enough to sort that out but please bring whatever you want! Towels! Chairs! Music! Food! Drink! Snacks! Games! Acro ideas!
This is a very chill event, but the more people respond going/interested the larger area I will try and block off with my own stuff in the morning.
Also please invite/bring whomever! I am definitely forgetting people… as usual lol.
Oh and parking by the beach can sometimes be tricky, carpool or public transit is good (it’s right by the Loyola red line stop on the L) but there’s various parking options on the street if not. Also my place is stair access only for those who might care for a bathroom but have mobility needs, please keep this in mind!
