Do you have science-minded students who are interested in learning more about professional lab spaces? Register your students in the Lab Introduction: Micro-Pipetting workshop. This workshop focuses on orienting students to professional lab spaces while exploring the applications and proper technique for micropipetting. Research Opportunities: This session is a perfect introduction to Alvernia lab spaces for students interested in conducting research in the After-School Research Program. The After-School Research Program offers a Fall and Spring session, with payment plans available. Students in the program have the opportunity to receive guidance in developing a research project in their area of interest. Projects may be used for science fair participation, professional patents, or simply personal enjoyment. Areas of exploration include cell culturing, engineering, 3D printing, medical sciences, genetics, computer programming, art, music, and more.
Parking Notice: Parking at the John R. Post is limited and most spaces are metered. Please plan accordingly if you are planning to stay during the sessions. Drop offs can be done at the front of the building (Penn Street).
