Staging to start at 9:00am but we will meet at the Outlets so we can get to staging together. If you are not on time, the organizers will not allow you to be with the group and will put you at the end of the line. Parade to begin at 2:00pm. No lights needed as this is a day parade but full Christmas decor requested.
