Guests can look forward to a selection of Cantonese-inspired delicacies including the Seaweed Cuttlefish Roll in which succulent cuttlefish replaces the traditional shrimp filling and the Hand-Shredded Chicken and Roasted Duck with Lobster elevated with fragrant scallions ginger purée salmon roe and caviar—an exquisite feast for the senses.
The highlight of the evening will be an impressive Tanka-Inspired Giant Paella paying tribute to the rich traditions of the Po Toi O fishing village. The paella features sun-dried squid fresh squid and luncheon meat this dish beautifully showcases Hong Kong’s diverse culinary heritage with an innovative twist.
