La Mar Cocina Peruana, the Bay Area’s premier Peruvian sea-to-table restaurant by renowned chef and leader in Peruvian gastronomy, Gastón Acurio, is proud to announce its 15th anniversary celebration on San Francisco’s waterfront Embarcadero. To commemorate this significant occasion, La Mar will host a series of collaborative events and culinary experiences kicking off this August and culminating in a grand celebration on Friday, September 29.
The pinnacle of La Mar's 15th anniversary will feature renowned chef and owner Gastón Acurio himself – the culinary maestro who has shaped and elevated Peruvian gastronomy to new heights – joined by an all-star lineup of the distinguished chefs from La Mar restaurants around the world, including Chef Victoriano Lopez of La Mar San Francisco, Chef Diego Oka of La Mar Miami, Chef Anthony Vasquez of La Mar Lima, Chef Carlos Lambrini of La Mar Santiago de Chile, Chef Cesar Bellido of La Mar Dubai, and Chef Frank Ponce of La Mar Doha. Guests can anticipate an evening filled with exceptional bites as eachchef mans a designated food station, free flowing pisco and champagne, festive live music and dancing on the waterfront patio, and a DJ at La Mar Bar – all set against the stunning backdrop of San Francisco’s Embarcadero. Tickets for the grand anniversary event are $220 per person inclusive of food and drink for the evening.
