Step into a world of sunshine and citrus bliss with our La-La-Lemonade cookie decorating class! Join us in celebrating the sun-kissed days of summer as we indulge in a sweet and “tangy” journey of cookie creativity.Participants will receive six (6) pre-baked sugar cookies, several icing colours in various consistencies, a practice card, icing recipe card and a take home gift.
This class will explain the basics of different icing consistencies, demonstrate how to hold/squeeze a piping bag properly, discuss the order of icing applications, and teach you how to execute many royal icing techniques. You will learn new techniques step-by-step and maybe even discover that you have a skill you didn’t know you had. We will also educate you on proper cookie/icing storage so everything stays fresh and what is left over can be reused.
Each student will receive a complimentary bottle of water and one gourmet coffee or specialty beverage during class. Additional gourmet coffees and drinks are available for purchase. This is an alcohol-free event.
