Hi La Grangers,It's that time of the year again for our annual Piuma Hill Climb and Picnic!
The Piuma Hill Climb https://lagrange.org/piuma-hill-climb is one of La Grange's signature events and this year we are excited to share this signature event with a new picnic menu from the catering group at Border Grill.
For those who have never participated in the Piuma Hill Climb, it's a great opportunity to test your climbing skills, challenge yourself and get to know other La Grangers. You will seed yourself based on your expected finishing time. If you aren't quite sure how to seed yourself, feel free to ask any long time LG members who have done the Piuma Hill Climb in the past. Summiting Piuma is where the fun begins! After a great descent down the backside of Piuma and a left onto Scheuren Road, the finish line at Saddle Peak is just a short distance away. Once at Saddle Peak, you can relax and enjoy the LG expo with all kinds of goodies from our incredible sponsors, stretch out those legs, grab a little fuel and head back to Rustic Canyon Park.
Once at the park, indulge in delicious food from the folks at the Border Grill Restaurant Group and hang out with bated breath for the announcement of this year's Piuma Hill Climb champions.
