This year, during MolenFest, the Centre Européen du Funambulisme calls on amateur and professional funambulists to dance above the waters of the Canal, on the wires, near the Petit Château:* - « Balade Nocturne Funambule », September 21st, 9 pm to 10:30 pm
* - « La Grande Traversée », September 22nd, 2pm to 6pm
Training courses are scheduled to allow you to enjoy this extraordinary experience (all levels: August 26th-30th / advanced level: September 14th-15th). Are you ready for this 9-metre-high stroll over the water ?!

MolenFest, a taste of Molenbeek for Brussels 2030
MolenFest is a foretaste of Molenbeek's bid to become European Capital of Culture 2030! Taking place from September 12th to 22nd 2024 at Place Communale, the Quartier Maritime, Manchester street, Ninove park, the Canal, Picard street and many more, this major celebration will offer dance, circus, music, theater, debates, films,.... Artists, Maisons des Cultures, associations, young people and residents of this other side of the canal, bubbling with creativity, will joyfully demonstrate what they have to offer to Brussels and Europe : an inclusive and super-diverse capital.
