Tastings and seminars by local and international absinthe experts led by Theodore A. Breaux. European, American, and Canadian absinthes will be tasted. Seminars will cover the history of absinthe, its production, and its use in cocktails, both historical and modern. There will be a cocktail competition making cocktails that use absinthe to a significant degree.
