Please read our before registering! This FAQ will answer questions about what to expect from our events, how to book, cancellation policies and more.
HANDS ON EVENT.

Menu:
Almond Raspberry Crostata: Students will prepare and form the Crosta dough, fill with Frangipane Raspberry Preserves and top with Lattice dough.
Semi-freddo with Coffee Caramel Sauce and Toasted Walnuts: A delightful make ahead, soft-serve style dessert.
Chef Sue will prepare individual the semi-freddo custards, while students snack on a Charcuterie Plate.
Chocolate Dipped Amoretti Cookies: Students will prepare cookie dough, shape into pyramids and bake. The cookies will then be dipped in Bittersweet Chocolate.

$109+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Chefs will try to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions if given 72 hours notice. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern.
