"I love the Band Extravaganza because it provides a comprehensive snapshot of the entire district’s band program at one time and in one place," said Logan High School Band Director Brian Renkas. "It's a time for families to reminisce about when their kids first started in band and an opportunity for parents of younger students to get excited about what lies ahead."
Emceed by La Crosse Public Education Foundation Executive Director Nell Saunders-Scott, the evening’s grand finale brings all 580 students together to perform the iconic Do-Re-Mi. Dr. Martin Gaines, Director of Bands and Orchestra at the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse, will conduct the final performance.
