La Crosse Dance Centre Presents40th Anniversary Performance: "Where We’ve Been & Where We Are Going" and "Alice In Her Wonderland"

La Crosse Dance Centre is excited to announce their 40th Anniversary Spring Performance. For 40 years, La Crosse Dance Centre has been providing exceptional dance education in the La Crosse Area, emphasizing creativity, connection, community, and collaboration. They are excited to celebrate this milestone with their annual Spring Performance. This year, LDC brought in distinguished alumni from all over the US (New York City, Oregon, Texas) to create original work for the La Crosse Dance Company. Faculty also choreographed repertory pieces in a variety of styles, including contemporary, modern, ballet, tap, and jazz. Additionally, the Youth Kinetic Ensembles will perform Alice In Her Wonderland, La Crosse Dance Centre’s rendition of Lewis Carroll’s classic story.
The performance will take place on Saturday, June 1st and Sunday, June 2nd at 2:00pm at the Marie W. Heider Center for the Arts (405 E. Hamlin St. West Salem, WI 54669). Tickets can be purchased on the Heider Center website (https://heidercenter.org/events/special-events/) or at the door on the day of the performance. Tickets are $22 for Adults and $16 for Children 18 years and younger. Following the performance on Saturday, June 1st all are welcome to stay after for LDC’s 40th Anniversary celebration, where there will be food and refreshments to celebrate La Crosse Dance Centre’s exciting milestone of 40 years.
