Cheshire’s 4 AA Red Star Rookery Hall Hotel & Spa presents a winter wine dinner on Wednesday 10 December, bringing to life the elegance of Burgundy through the distinctive wines of Domaine La Croix de Brully. A boutique estate of around 14 hectares, La Croix de Brully cultivates Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from select parcels across Burgundy – from the Côte Chalonnaise to the Côte de Nuits – with each vintage vinified with precision in Saint-Aubin. Master Sommelier and former UK Sommelier of the Year, Clément Robert, will bring his remarkable experience and passion to this intimate occasion as host of the evening, alongside owner and founder Thibault Jacquet, who also serves as European Director of Screaming Eagle and General Manager of Domaine Bonneau du Martray.
Dinner begins with an elegant aperitif of Rully Clos des Mollepierres and canapés, followed by a four-course menu expertly crafted to complement the La Croix de Brully portfolio of wine, including the Chassagne-Montrachet, Meursault, Chambolle-Musigny and Santenay Premier Cru.
This exclusive dinner offers a rare opportunity to explore the depth and elegance of one of Burgundy’s most intriguing small domaines in the luxurious setting of our award-winning country house hotel.
