The holidays are here, and it is time for friends and family to come together and celebreate, with food of course! In this demo, Art Rodriguez, a food enthusiast, professional chef, and blogger based in Southern California will provide step-by-step instructions on how to create a pozole verde.
Pozole comes in different colors, but in this demo, we will explore the green version from Guerrero that uses tomatillos, pepitas, and various green herbs.

A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Art has over 15 years of experience in the food industry, including work on game shows, collaborations, with celebrity chefs, and contributing recipes to magazines websites, and five cookbooks.
