About this Event
This year’s evening tasting features a playful apple cider comparison, France vs. the United States, inviting guests to explore how two cider traditions express terroir, craftsmanship, and cultural identity.
Guided by Patrick Walsh, wine and cider expert and founder of Provence Wine Imports, participants will taste and compare a curated selection of French and American apple ciders, discovering their distinct styles and histories on both sides of the Atlantic.
The tasting will be complemented by authentic crêpes bretonnes, including a variety of flavors freshly prepared by chef Sonia. These classic Breton crêpes are the perfect pairing for a celebratory Chandeleur apéro.
Presented as a standing tasting, this convivial evening invites conversation in a relaxed apéro format, featuring a guided apple cider tasting, a curated selection of wines from Provence Wine Imports, one crêpe of your choosing, and a light buffet to accompany the tasting.
