About this Event
You're invited to join Mayor London Breed and the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) as we celebrate the completion of the L Taraval Improvement Project. This major multiagency project is helping to revitalize one of San Francisco’s busiest corridors from West Portal to the ocean with safer, more reliable train service, accessibility improvements, upgraded utilities, artwork and new landscaping. It's a celebration of connecting communities and making Taraval Street safer and more inviting for everyone who uses it.
When: Thursday, September 26, 2024, 11 a.m.
Where: McCoppin Square, Taraval Street and 23rd Avenue
The ribbon cutting will take place on the south side of McCoppin Square Park, in the grassy area near the basketball courts.
