Dear KY,You are cordially welcomed to celebrate Aalto University Business Students’ 113th Annual Ball on Saturday, March 9th, 2024. The venue of the glamorous festivities is Wanha Satama, Helsinki.
The enchanting evening begins when the doors open at 17:45, after which we’ll continue to an exquisite three-course dinner. The celebration follows academic traditions with captivating speeches, performances, and awards. After dining, the renowned Boston Promenade will take the stage and the ball can begin!
Luckily for us all, the celebrations won’t end there. The evening will continue with the legendary afterparty, organized by KY’s Cultural Sub-committee KUJ. After that, the festivities will continue past the early hours! A special transportation to the afterparty will be arranged for the guests.
Expect an evening full of celebration, good company, and memories you’ll cherish in the years to come!

* Any tickets that become available will be offered to the people in the queue on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be a limited amount of Annual Ball + SILLIS??!?! combo tickets available. Please note that only KY members can buy tickets (the membership will be verified afterward). However, a KY member can buy a ticket for their avec even if the avec is not a KY member or student.
Want to meet new faces at the Annual Ball? We’ve got you covered! It is possible to choose a seating preference in which you (or you and a friend) are seated next to others who’d like to make new friends at the celebrations.
The event is held in Finnish but instructions and most speeches will be translated, so international guests are also warmly welcomed!
