Our group runs are designed to create a supportive and fun environment to work on your running in the lead up to the KWT in Feb.
Come along and run on some of the course with other KWT participants, guided by our Run Coach Evie. Running with others gives you a boost of motivation and it's a great way to connect with other women in our community.
Our free run sessions will include a warm up, 3-5km group run - accommodating all paces and abilities, cool down and stretch.
We welcome walkers and runners, kids too, as long as you stay with them for the duration of the run and no bikes or scooters so we avoid collisions.
We have 5 run sessions planned, but we can keep the runs going post event if there is interest in a regular group run.
Meet at the main carpark, Raumati Marine Gardens (where the KWT will be!).
