Event Highlights:
Beach Cleanup: Dive into action as we roll up our sleeves and clean up our coast and surrounding areas. Be sure to grab your cigarette butt collection receptacles when you sign in. You may win the Weigh Your Butts contest!
Community Engagement: Connect with like-minded individuals and organizations passionate about environmental stewardship. Share experiences, exchange ideas, and foster collaborations to further our collective efforts in protecting our oceans.
Join Us For Lunch: Bring the whole crew to Woolley Park following the cleanup for lunch, entertainment, and a group photo. Have fun while learning about the significance of preserving our coastal environments. Gulf Specimen Marine Lab will be on hand for volunteers to experience their wonderful touch tanks and learn about what is found in our waters.
Volunteer Recognition: Celebrate the dedication and hard work of our volunteers. Whether you contribute an hour or a day, your commitment to ocean conservation is invaluable, and we want to express our gratitude for your efforts. Pre-register by 9/1 to be guaranteed event t-shirt and have them waiting for you at your chosen cleanup site.
