Children's Policy: All patrons must hold a valid ticket for entry, regardless of age. Accessible Seating & Companion Card Holder: Accessible seating can be purchased online. Bookings including a Companion Card ticket can only be collected from the Box Office. The Companion Card must be presented upon collection.

No alcohol or open drink containers can be brought into the venue. Seating in Lounge Rows A-D is strictly NO STANDING. Aisle Seating Tickets are tickets located in preferred seating positions within the venue, such as seats on or close to an aisle. The prices are above the face value of standard tickets.

Accessible toilets are located on Ground Level and Level 1, next to the venue elevator.
