Take a moment to tap into the joy of creative self-expression while promoting relaxation and balance. In this free workshop, Kunsthaus residency artist Kemê will introduce us to her practice of neuro-doodling, a meditative and intuitive artistic process blending the principles of mindfulness and creativity derived from Neurographic Art.
"I love this technique because you make it your own. Almost anyone can explore it and deepen at your own rhythm. It combines something so accessible as doodling with therapeutic properties, and you can get hands-on with art materials, which is always a yes!

The session will be conducted in English, and it is suitable and beneficial for anyone able to doodle, regardless of their artistic experience or skills.
