This workshop will guide an internal deep-cleanse and energy lift with specific pranayama, kriya, and meditation for stress release, moving through limiting beliefs, and tapping into your inner reserve of resilience. A challenging yet also powerfully releasing experience. You will then be taken into deep rest with the gong, and multiple sound instruments for attuning to the sounds of the cosmos.
