About this Event
Janet will guide you through powerful breathwork, dynamic movements, meditation and mantra to help you connect with your inner self and release any tension. This in-person or online weekly event is a fantastic opportunity to unwind, recharge, and find balance in a welcoming and supportive environment. No prior yoga experience is necessary - just bring your mat, a pillow or meditation cushion, and an open mind. Each week is a different experience. We work with the chakras - energy systems of the body - we release layers of perceived protection, connect with our inner child- our warrior selves. It's a healing practice.
