This class will be focused on the Sacral Chakra ( Svadhisthana), the location of our creative self. By stimulating the Sacral Chakra, we'll work on nurturing your creative self, and support personal expansion of self and desires .
?♀️The practice will include a blend of:?♀️
Dynamic Movements: Energizing and strengthening postures to awaken the Sacral Chakra.
Breathing Techniques: Pranayama exercises to balance and enhance your energy flow.
Chanting: Mantras to harmonize and uplift the spirit.
What You Need to Bring:
?♀️Yoga Mat
?♀️Comfortable Clothing: Wear something that allows you to move freely.
?Water Bottle: Stay hydrated!
✨Optional: Blanket or cushion for added comfort during meditation.
