Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness and is designed to work on the subtle layers of the body. Kundalini Yoga focuses on kriyas which are repetitive movements. A lot of the class will be a repeated movement for a few minutes before switching to a new movement. We will practice the set Awakening Yourself to Your Ten Bodies and then Laya Yoga Meditation.
Bring a yoga mat to practice on. This practice can be adapted to a chair. This workshop is for everyone whether you have never practiced Kundalini Yoga or if you are an experienced teacher.
