I am delighted to bring Kundalini Yoga to Kendal.
It is an hour and a half long practise during which we will immerse in the body movement, breath and mantras.
Every Tuesday at 7:30pm.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket (for the relaxation) and a little pillow. We will start promptly at 7:30pm.

💜Why is Kundalini Yoga so beautiful and so beneficial?
It is a holistic practice that works simultaneously on three aspects of your structure: body, mind and soul. All three aspects influence each other and if one is imbalanced, it can have a ripple effect on the other two. Kundalini Yoga leads us to full understanding of ourselves and creating a deep relationship with ourselves.
💜What benefits can you expect from Kundalini Yoga practice?
It keeps the body physically healthy - it improves the functioning of the nervous and hormonal systems, increases lung capacity, stimulates circulation, and leads to physical, mental and emotional balance. It is often called ‘yoga for busy people’ as it releases stress and emotional baggage. Spiritually it allows you to enter a higher level of consciousness.
🎶Kundalini yoga is often practiced to the accompaniment of beautiful and high-vibration music and mantras. Combined with meditation, it can help quiet our mind and develop intuition and with that help us find your identity. Kundalini yoga prepares the body, mind and soul for the ever-changing life and environment.
