We’ll begin with a kriya designed to harmonize the brain. On your yoga mat you can expect light conversation, breathwork, mudras, and bandhas as Mariah guides you into a grounded yet elevated state. Nurture the natural flow of energy through your own body and feel yourself soften into clarity.
From this heightened state, transition into free dance with DJ Mud Lilly, who has trained in dance for most of her life. She loves sharing her moves, her music, and the joy of community expression. Move however your body wishes—guided by rhythm, intuition, and the collective energy of the room.
Winding Down in Deep Rest
We’ll close the evening in a luscious state of savasana, practicing the gentle art of dying to the day, to the practice, and to the person—releasing all that has accumulated so you can emerge renewed. Settle into sacred relaxation where your entire being can exhale.
The Space at Yoga Public
Practice in a warm studio designed for comfort and ease. The change rooms are clean and thoughtful, offering free showers, towels, and lockers. Reception will greet you kindly where you can help yourself to hot chai tea. Parking is free in the lot just north of the building at 280 Fort St.
