Weekly Class
In this class we focus on transforming our obstacles into purpose, through creating alchemy. We will practice different kriyas (yoga sets) and meditations to release tension and stress from the body and come back to a state of inner equilibrium. Through connecting our breath, movement, and mind we are able to create a new internal frequency, inviting in more peace and clarity. All levels are welcome.

Yael Haar is a Kundalini yoga teacher, mentor, dancer and visionary. Her intention is to connect people back to their wholeness and create spaces for inner-transformation and empowerment. The practice of kundalini yoga and her experience in movement and dance have been massive catalysts in her healing journey which she uses in her teachings. She supports humans in building self-knowledge, holistic support, and holds space for spiritual.
