This evening is a gentle ceremony of transition. We’ll honor the wild, abundant summer, and begin to call our energy inward. Through kriya, breathwork, meditation—and a deep gong bath to seal the journey—we’ll awaken the body and steady the spirit for the season ahead.

No experience is needed—just a willing heart. This class is designed for beginners, seekers, and anyone ready to reconnect with their inner rhythm. Please bring your mat and cushion for comfort.
