Join me, Hannah Duffy, for a Kundalini Yoga class and song circle in a cozy heated yurt at Ember & Ice! In this class I'll guide you through movement, breathwork, meditation, chanting and of course my favorite - singing!

Get ready to practice mindfulness, shift some feelings and anxiety that may need some love, and sing your heart out. No experence with Kundalini Yoga or singing necessary - in fact I love when folks who are new to either of these join my classes.
Info for Optional Sauna Session -- If you'd like to sauna after class, please purchase the KY Class & 60-Min Sauna Session. This session will start at 3pm (to give you 30 minutes after class to change, go to the bathroom, etc.).
