Our yoga classes offer a soulful practice to promote health and vitality, release energy blockages and stress, boost immunity, regulate the nervous system and promote emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing!
Kundalini Yoga draws from a healing tradition. Regular Kundalini classes are therapeutic in and of themselves. But there are opportunities for you to go deeper. The nature of Kundalini Yoga is to awaken this vital life force energy, by clearing the energy pathways and chakras (energy centers) in the body and create connection within you. Waking up this energy can transform your relationships, sex life, career, finances, health and happiness!
The classes are geared more around breathing, spirituality, meditation and purification of consciousness rather than flexibility and fast flow yoga.
Many of the positions are repeated in short sequences or repetitions, with rapid and retentive breath and sound, it also contains some traditional yoga postures or sequences and meditation practices.
Please bring your own mat, cushion and blanket.
No experience is required! Everyone is welcome.
