Currently planning this weeks Kundalini Yoga class. Kundalini is Raj Yoga, the yoga of the royal path. It is an ancient, sacred science once reserved for kings, queens, and spiritual seekers, passed down through the ages to awaken the soul, master the mind, and elevate the human experience.
This practice is not about how flexible you are or how your body looks in the postures. This practice is about energy, it's about transformation and connection to your truth, to your soul.
Classes are Wednesday evenings at The TCR Hub in Barnard Castle 8pm. Spaces are available but booking is essential. Message to book.
