Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga—the yoga of awareness—guides us inward on a journey of self-discovery.

This ancient practice strengthens the nervous system, balances the glands, raises our frequency, clears the mind and body, and dissolves self-limiting beliefs. It awakens intuition, deepens awareness, and restores connection to the true Self.

Each class begins with tuning in, followed by gentle warm-ups, breathwork, and a kriya—a specific sequence of postures, breath, and movements designed for a unique effect.

We close with deep relaxation to integrate the practice. Accessible to both beginners and seasoned yogis.
