This series is super exciting ! You will explore the most diverse set of kriyas, pranayama practices and meditations ever. We will be working on so many aspects such as coordinating mind, body and soul, healing your stomach, removing energetic body blocks, enhancing your metabolism using a fruit, and so much more !!! This series runs from Feb 4th through April 15th, with 18 different classes most Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7-8:15 AM (look at the calendar for short breaks) :

Tuesdays, 7:00-8:15 AM : The Weekly Kriya (Feb 4, 11, 18, 25, March 18, 25, April 1, 8, 15)
Thursdays, 7:00-8:15 AM : The Weekly Meditative Flow (Feb 6, 13, 20, 27, March 13, 20, 27, April 3, 10)
This is a subscription based series : you subscribe to all and pick and choose classes and whether you want to participate in person or online. It's completely flexible. I highly encourage everyone to come in person, but when it's not possible or if you are under the weather, join online.
Both programs -the weekly kriya and the weekly meditative flow- will be recorded and made available to you so that you can practice at will. There is an option to download the class on your computer. That way you can keep your favorite classes as long as you wish.
On Tuesdays (Kriya of the week), our work will be more physical. Every class will start with a warm up (physical or pranayama), followed by the main kriya, and end with a relaxation.
Thursday classes (Meditative flow of the week) will focus on meditation/pranayama/chanting and end with a relaxation.
As usual, you will have access to a private facebook group for students where I will share some of the teachings and encourage everybody to start some kind of home practice.
Pricing
Choose what you want to pay for the subscription. The subscription includes 2 weekly classes for 9 weeks, in person or online, access to the community facebook group and two weekly recordings).
Regular Supporter : choose to pay your part, $180
Free Supporter : you can't afford the regular price, choose what you can pay
Generous supporter : you love my classes and want to support access to those who cannot afford it, $180 + donation
