Why should you want to create a daily practice? Because it is life affirming, transformative, miraculous… The world is becoming increasingly energetically and emotionally chaotic. A daily practice helps keep you grounded, in balance and changes old patterns that no longer serve you into new patterns that do. When you serve yourself, you are living your truth and this is serving all for the greater good. We want to be grounded. We want to have balance between our three brains, our three neurological centres. We want to trust our gut instincts, lead from our hearts and use our mind to create wise thoughts, express ideas and communicate solutions. We don’t want to be meek cowering in the corner while the world gets more chaotic; we want to be staunch and connected with our communities and all life on Earth. We will not be bullied or manipulated but will stand firm, staunch in our truth and safe with the relationships we have with our self, our communities and with the natural world and beyond,
