Join Stephanie Martin for an interactive and informative workshop in Kundalini Yoga!
In this workshop you will:

 Discover the ancient history and modern science behind Kundalini Yoga.
 Understand the purpose of mantras and mudras, vibration and sound, and tension release.
 Learn how to activate the “technology” of the mind and body through stimulating the central nervous system.
 Experience energy flow.
 Practice techniques that encourage “mental breakthroughs”, help to manage addictive and/or compulsive behaviors, enhance lung capacity, improve sleep, and strengthen the immune system.

This workshop is suitable for all level practitioners.
