There are 2 circles 1st Feb and 1st March 2026, both at 6pm, sessions may run later than expected, but you are welcome to sneak away if need be.
I am planning a full year of catch ups in this circle so to make it to two of them at a time, will be soul nourishing and will strengthen everyones manifestations as we hold the highest frequency of Love in gratitude for Earth Grandmother, Mother Ether and Sister Water, in this sacred space of divine feminine.
6pm We start with our intro to Kundalini yoga and why it helps, opening circle..
6.15pm Opening the Ten bodies yoga Kriyas
7pm Drop into sound journey meditation - deep relaxation.
7.30pm Journal/ Meditation/ Share
8pm Close circle
