This class is primarily experiential and focuses on developing sensitivity and receptivity to the different qualities of energy, and supporting the body’s natural healing capacities, and Taoist meditation methods and practices to enable the practitioner to cultivate ones energy in the body.Class size is currently limited to an intimate group size to allow for 1 on 1 support, and allowing for the spontaneity of healing that transpires for individuals.
MUST BOOK – Please do not just show up on the night
There is a $15 booking to support to centre’s running costs. This is for the Centre. Jono is then offering his service and time via Energy Philanthropy for the session, and a donation when you book will be passed on to him. Alternatively Jono would be thankful of a cash donation on the night. - please place in the wooden treasure box for him.
Of course, the centre would also warmly welcome additional donations not limited to the $15 booking. To do this, please utilise the following options:
