Kundalini session is a universal energy and can be accessed regardless of physical distance. During an online kundalini session, the facilitator uses video and audio communication to guide participants through these practices. The facilitator’s intention, presence, and instructions help create a shared energetic space, even though participants are not physically together. The energy generated by the facilitator and participants can transcend physical boundaries, allowing individuals to experience profound shifts and healing.
During the session, you will lie down on a yoga mat and there will be a music playlist playing during the session.
During the session, it is adviced to keep your eyes closed and to trust the process.
Just relax its YOU time, keep your eyes closed and surrender to the process without expectations.

Be prepared to lie down on a yoga mat or blanket on the floor for 1h ( prepare a blanket next to you)
Wear comfortable clothes in which you can easily move.
