Kundalini Movement + Breath + Sound Reset

Join Melissa Wu on a journey of a deep somatic nervous system clearing and reset with Spring energy at its Peak! Marking the midway between Spring Equinox and Summer Solstice. Enter the adventure with your cells through a curation of movement, sound and breath. Get in touch with the energetic centers in your chakra system as you get guided through an embodiment practice of movement meditation. We will be using kundalini yogic breathwork and chants to warm up and activate the meridian system, followed by a guided movement meditation practice to release stored data and information, serving as a channel to tune into the messages of the body using movement as the language to reveal and clear subconscious blockages. Rest into a sequence of sound in relaxation to help the body and mind to integrate and reset.
