A Dance Yoga class out in the woods in Queens Park (or in your backgarden/ home) activating your Kundalini, connecting your body, mind & soul to nature, bringing back balace from the centre, promoting the complete electrifying holistic healing experience with Brazilian Devotional Dancer Eletricat Luna who grew up in Scotland and been working as a Dancer delivering her unique methodology since 1997 blending Afro-Brazilian dances of the Goddesses of Nature (Orixás), African rooted dances - Samba, Salsa, Tribal belly-dance with yoga & other world dances in a flowing contemporary style! Daily classes and time can be accommodated. Private classes available too. Just ask. Complete beginners welcome. Class is tailored to your level & needs.
