The direct translation is "expanding life force energy." Since prana passes through our olfactory organs in the back of our nose, it can reach the brain and our nervous system. This balances the sympathetic and para-sympathetic nervous systems and helps the practitioner in developing an awareness from the physical body through the subtle body.
Begin the evening with Yin to gently relax and open up the physical body, then venturing into the subtle body through breathwork to balance the whole self.
